房間很不錯，即大有乾淨，外面的環境也不錯，鎮中心. 而且有餐廳，外面購物也十分方便，很值得推薦的酒店.

房間很寬敞，有一個風景不錯的陽台，酒店自己的院子修整的非常整潔，是以外的驚喜

Stayed here for two nights as part of a coach tour. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Breathtaking views. What's not to like! Food was lovely, with a good selection. There seemed to be sufficient parking. Many guests seemed to use this as part of a walking tour and seeing the mountains around the area, I can well understand this. Quiet and restful place.

Warning: A heavy brass key inscribed with your room number and the name of the hotel (Hotel Moserhof) is provided at check-in. If you misplace the key, you will be charged 140 Euro. I had the unfortunate experience of misplacing the key as it happened to slide into a hidden compartment in the dash of our rental car. After leaving the hotel the next morning and driving to our next destination, the key slide out. Only being 20 minutes away, I returned the key to the hotel and I was reimbursed the 140 Euro. I informed the hotel at check-out that I was not able to find the key. The owner or manager was extremely unpleasant and he forcefully informed me with an expression of anger that I would be charged 140 Euro. I informed him that I would pay the charges but that I felt that I needed to alert other travelers reserving a room at this hotel of this situation. The desk clerk had given me access to my room the evening before she departed so that I could re-enter my room for the night. I had not thought of the implication that the key could be in the hands of someone who might cause harm. The worst part of the experience was that I got very little sleep the night the key was lost. I was frightened that if someone had found the key, they had the ability to unlock there front door of the hotel and a key to my room. I moved all the chairs against the door for some security. There was no one at the front desk through the night who could assist me in changing rooms. There was a number on the front door for emergencies only. During check-out, the hotel desk clerk did not speak fluent English so it was difficult to work with her but she found a colleague who spoke English that was kind and helpful and I truly appreciated her assistance in paying for the key and resolving the issue. There are many wonderful hotels in this region, I would advise you to think carefully before reserving this hotel to avoid an unpleasant experience in the event of a misplaced room key.

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was lovely to be greeted with a smile every time you passed reception. The rooms are lovely with incredible views. The beds were really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food was incredible…that alone would be worth the stay. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough, it’s head and shoulders above all the other hotels I’ve stayed in on our current trip around Europe.

We stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour and were well looked after. The room was very large with plenty of character. The food was good and the staff generally very friendly. The location is beautiful; we had lovely views from the balcony. There is a small very nice spa area. We explored a little bit locally and were charmed by the area.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the end of May 2022. Food was good & plentiful. Staff very helpful & supplied maps & directions to the nearby waterfalls. These are well worth the 20-30 minute walk, even though Part is past an industrial area under a flyover. The remainder of the walk is lovely & the waterfalls so worth the uphill climb along pleasant but sometimes steep paths & steps. We are 65-70 but managed ok. Enjoyed an amazing ice cream in the hotel garden on our return.

Mooi,klassiek hotel. Echt nog de Oostenrijkse sfeer van weleer. Wij sliepen hier een nacht op doorreis en dat is perfect＞ Mooie kamers , zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en bediening. Ontbijt is zeer goed evenals de dinerkaart.Bij het hotel ruime parkeeplaats (gratis). Aanrader zeker als doorreis hotel vanwege zijn ligging.
